지역별로 보면 주택가격은 서울 2.5%, 수도권 3.0%, 지방 4.0% 하락할 것으로 전망됐다. 아파트값도 서울 4.0%, 수도권 4.5%, 지방 5.5% 떨어질 것으로 분석됐다. 실거래가를 기준으로 분석한 결과 내년 전국 아파트 매매가는 8.5%, 서울 9.5%, 수도권 13.0% 추가 하락할 것으로 예상됐다.
